This is the best legends class figure you can get from the Prime line and probably other lines in near years.

It has a really fun transformation, very clever usage of the hood and arms with absolutely no faux parts unlike one of its deluxe versions.

The car and bot mode have no compromises. Car mode is as you'd expect and bot mode has elbows and knees! I think that asking for waist or neck is too much at this size, but it can do a lot of poses that none of its class mates can.

Definitely best of the Prime/Legends line IMO.
