It's this Shapeways product, supposed to be a handle for Combier wars Shockwave's gun mode to fit in Bruticus' Perfect effect hands.

It does the job done but very poorly. Avoid buying, I'd recommend best to just chop off the extra square handle and it'll fit OK. Save your money. Much better spent on a full gun replacement with standard single 5mm peg.
